Our clams are grown in Northern Italy and imported by road to Greece. They are maintained in special seawater systems at our premises until they are repackaged and brought to market. They have a sweet taste, ideal for one of the tastier pastas such as spaghetti alle vongole. They can be steamed so as to open, and be enjoyed with some oil, wine, garlic and herbs.
