American - Canadian lobster
Our lobsters are caught off the coast of Maine in the USA, or in Canada, and they arrive by air to Greece and then to our facilities alive with their claws intact. They are kept in seawater, in maintenance systems at our facilities and then packed and driven to the Greek market. They are the most affordable lobsters and are sold by size. They are available all year round, which allows restaurants to permanently have any size of lobster constantly available to customers. They are usually served with pasta dishes.
