King crab
It is the rarest and the largest species of crab caught in Norway and arrives in Greece by air. It is kept in seawater, in special maintenance tanks at our facilities. It is then packed and driven to market. We take pride in being able to deliver them alive from Norway to Greek restaurants, as it is a very sensitive species that requires very professional handling. It is delicious, with pasta and on the grill.
