Oysters

Fine de Claire oysters are grown in France and imported by road to Greece. They are a special treat of the sea as they are placed in artificial, shallow "sea beds" for at least a month before they are packed to get their sweet, fruity flavor. Consumed mainly raw, with lemon, they are perfectly accompanied with wine or champagne. They are sold by size numbers, which indicate the number of pieces per kilo (No.2: 10 pcs / kg, No3 12 pcs / kg).
