American - Canadian Lobster
Our lobsters are caught off the coast of Maine in the USA, or in Canada, and they arrive by air to Greece and then to our facilities alive with their claws intact. They are kept in seawater, in maintenance systems at our facilities and then packed and driven to the Greek market. They are the most afford- able lobsters and are sold by size. They are available all year round, which allows restaurants to permanently have any size of lobster constantly avail- able to customers. They are usually served with pasta dishes

Spiny lobster
For many, the most delicious lobster is fished south of Portugal and arrives by air to Greece. It is kept in seawater, in maintenance systems at our facilities, packed and taken to the Greek market. It is the lobster with the largest amount of white meat and is available in various sizes. It is cooked on the grill and is accompanied ideally with pasta.
