Oysters

At Mytilos we import fresh oysters from France, Italy, Portugal, and Ireland, offering a wide variety and consistent quality. We partner with carefully selected, internationally recognized producers such as Gillardeau and Krystale. Fine de Claire Oysters are cultivated in France and transported by road to Greece. They mature for at least one month in shallow, artificial “ponds,” developing their signature sweet, fruity flavor. Best enjoyed raw with a squeeze of lemon, they pair perfectly with wine or champagne. 

Our producers are renowned for quality and innovation: Gillardeau oysters are prized for their unique texture and rich flavor while Krystale, using advanced Australian techniques, produces oysters with excep- tional crispness and natural sweetness.
