Blue crab
The blue crab is caught in the waters of the Aegean and is the most delicious crustacean. Its juices and aromas, when cooked, can create great dishes (with pasta, risotto, steamed, and grilled). Our crabs are sorted, preserved and packaged on our premises and delivered alive across Europe, Asia and the Americas. All necessary procedures defined by the quality control department are followed to ensure the product’s quality and that it is safe to eat.
